The Crown Chakra

The crown chakra is directly related to your sense of intuitive knowing,  connection to ones' spirituality and integration of the whole.

• A healthy crown chakra allows for the inward flow of wisdom and a feeling of attachment with deity.
• Overactivity may show as destructive energy or lack of contact with reality.
• Underactivity can result in narrow-mindedness or indecisiveness. A block can result in the disruption of spiritual energy in either direction, either turning to religious fanaticism or total disinterest.
• Physical symptoms can include depression and migraines.

The attunement opens the connection to our center above - also known as the

COSMIC STAR -  The chakra that is located 24" above the crown.  The COSMIC STAR is the chakra that is directly connected to the oneness of ALL THAT IS.

Having a strong open connection to ALL THAT IS, means a strong open connection to our God Selves that exist within the realm of ALL THAT IS/Creator/Source/God  Whatever your belief system is .

This connection allows us to tap into the wisdom of our God selves and apply it into our everyday lives without having  to consciously think about it.

The attunement also balances the pineal gland. This gland is responsible for being the bridge between our phsyical and spiritual body.

This helps open up our intuitive reasoning, and our avenue to wisdom. We can better learn from our experiences and put them in perspective.

The Throat Chakra

This chakra is our will center and governs how we honestly express ourselves, personal expression, and the ability to receive and assimilate information.

• A healthy throat chakra results in a tactful person who is sincere and independent.
• Overactivity can result in talking too much or too harshly, in arrogance, or in dogamticism.
• Underactivity can result in timidity, inconsistency, suppression of feelings, or resistance to change.
• Physical symptoms might include thyroid problems, skin irritations, ear infections, sore throat, orback pain.

The Heart Chakra

This chakra governs how we give and receive love, and our feelings of compassion, confidence, inspiration, forgiveness, letting go, trust, generosity and hope. It mediates between the higher and lower planes of being.

• A healthy heart chakra allows a person to be in touch with feelings, to see beauty and feel compassion.
• Overactivity can result in an overly critical, demanding, possessive nature, and also miserliness and overconfidence.
• Underactivity might show in repression, self-pity, paranoia, and self-doubts.
• Physical symptoms can include high blood pressure, respiratory ailments, heart disease, and insomnia.

The Solar Plexus Chakra

This chakra governs our self esteem and personality, EGO, personal power, consciousness of self within the universe (sense of belonging)

• A Healthy solar plexus chakra is outgoing, respectful of oneself and others, spontaneous, and decisive.
•  Overactivity might show as perfectionism, excessive planning without much following through, judgementalism, rigidity.
• Underactivity can manifest as a lack of confidence, confusion, fear of failure, or apathy.
• Physical symptoms can include digestive problems, diabetes, nervous exhausion, and food allergies.

The Sacral Chakra

This chakra often offers us the opportunity to lessen our control issues and find a balance in our lives, teaching us to recognize that acceptance and rejection are not the only options in our relationships.

This chakra represents the process of making healthy changes in our life through our personal choices.

• A healthy sacral chakra results in a person who is healthy, creative, and friendly.
• Overactivity might show as lustfulness, conceit, a self-serving or manipulative nature, or an explosive temper.
• Underactivity might manifest as shyness, guilt feelings or feelings of worthlessness.
• Physical Symptoms can include weak kidneys, lower back pain, or constipation.

The Root Chakra

This chakra is the grounding force that allows us to connect to the Earth energies and empower our beings.  It governs issues that include survival, security, safety, and our relationship with job, home and money.

• A healthy base chakra results in a secure, centered person with a healthy level of ambition.
• Overactivity could show as egotism, greed, bossyness, dishonesty and cunning.
• Underactivity might result in fearfulness, frustration, insecurity, and alienation. A person with an blocked base chakra may even become suicidal.
• Physical symptoms can include obesity, anorexia nervosa, knee problems, and hyperactivity.

The attunement opens the connection to our center below - also known as the GAIA STAR - 

The chakra that is located 24" below the root chakra.  The GAIA STAR is the chakra that is directly connected to the energy of the Earth.

Every other chakra receives the energy that the root chakra can pass through to it, so it's important to have a strong open connection to the GAIA STAR, through the root chakra.
